Parsnip Albion Seeds

This variety has a very white skin finish which is noticeably slower to discolour. It has an obovate root shape which tapers nicely, filling well down the root length. It produces heavy weight yields and is suitable for early/main season sowing with lifting from autumn to mid-winter.
Sow from February to May to harvest from September onwards. Clear as many stones as possible to avoid the roots forking. Keep the seed moist, germination can be slow and erratic although fresh seed will bring better results.
