This is a top quality commercial variety from Rijk Zwaan now available for everyone to try. It is foil packed for extra freshness.
Dexter RZ is the most versatile variety in the Rijk Zwaan range. It has an upright vigorous frame with excellent self-cover. The base is well protected by a ring of thick leaves preventing curd discolouration. The curd is exceptionally deep and white, and the florets are small and tight, making it the ideal dual-purpose variety for pre-pack and industry. The maturity in the summer is 70 – 80 days, and in the autumn 80 – 95 days.
Sow from January to June and harvest in October.
